4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
New users receive 3 free lifetime estimates. No credit card is required for the free tier.
Paid Plans
Paid subscription plans are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Current plans include:
- Starter: $24.99/month — 25 estimates per month
- Pro: $39.99/month — 100 estimates per month
- Unlimited: $79.99/month — unlimited estimates
Each plan also includes a per-estimate cap on AI editing and a daily AI usage limit. These limits exist to prevent abuse and are set generously above typical usage. Specific limits are visible in the app and may be adjusted from time to time.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of price changes before your next billing cycle.
Billing and Renewal
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Charges: Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Master Invoice → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Master Invoice → Cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Unused estimates do not roll over to the next billing period
- If your payment method fails, your account may be downgraded to the Free tier until payment is resolved

All subscription transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or process payment information directly. Subscription status is synchronized to your account via RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted through the Google Play Store.
